The Spark of Hope - Sencity Interactive 3D Lobby Space

Product use case:

Jin Mao Tower, one of the most iconic landmark buildings in Asia, approached Sencity for a new revamp of its lobby experience.

Designed by Adrian Smith, the same architect behind the iconic Burj Khalifa in Dubai, Jin Mao Tower is home to retail spaces, offices, and the anchor tenant, Grand Hyatt Shanghai hotel. Beyond its impressive height, Jin Mao Tower is also among the most futuristic and architecturally sophisticated buildings in the area.

Experience:

This 3D Anamorphic Interactive content, integrated with sophisticated sensor technology, dynamically responds to the movements of passengers within an elevator. As individuals ascend or descend, the system's sensors meticulously track their motion, prompting the on-screen Rubik's Cube to rotate in synchrony with their trajectory. This captivating visual transformation not only garners the attention of onlookers but also serves as a poignant emblem of the harmonious relationship between technological advancement and environmental sustainability.

Innovation:

The content employs the technique of Anamorphic Illusion (forced perspective) to depict the heart, it also allows for stunning and realistic content to be shown on a flat surface. The interactivity is enabled by the use of an array of high-definition optical sensors which are connected to and driven by a SenBOX interactive media controller.

Sencity 3D Anamorphic Interactive Corner

Product use case:

GLP is a global real estate logistics provider and investment manager based in Singapore.

Sencity was approached by GLP (Global Logistic Properties) to design and create digital interactive reception wall signages for its head-offices. The use case of the wall signage ranged from displaying customer reception experiences, corporate engagement experiences as well as acting as a medium for displaying self created digital content.

Corporate office reception areas are usually represented in a quiet and serious tone. The Sencity Digital Anamorphic Illusion Corner allowed the space to transform into different spaces at a whim using the Sencity Magic-Hand controller. The GLP reception team is able to host events, parties, create customised welcoming messages as well as simply relax in the area.

Experience:

All the visitors were surprised, entertained and even went up to take selfies with the signage. The use of Anamorphic Illusions in office spaces is unprecedented and the mobile interactivity allowed visitor data and consent to be easily captured. In the end, GLP has also contributed to its ESG sustainability commitments by reducing the total office area footprint.

Innovation:

Sencity has proposed and designed numerous Digital Anamorphic Illusion Corners as wall signages for GLP. These Corners employ the concept of Anamorphic Illusions, which are used to enhance the in-location experiences by displaying stunning forced perspective content as well as allowing for interactivity for both the office workers and visiting customers.
